Your body holds the story of how you move through life. Stress, habits, posture, injury and breathing patterns gradually shape
the way you stand, move, feel and interact with the world. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, working with posture, movement, breath, fascia, and the nervous system to reduce tension and improve body awareness. The aim is to support more ease, balance, and natural movement/energy flow in everyday life.

Donation Philosophy

At this stage, I work nomadically and do not yet have a permanent base in the UK, so sessions are offered through temporary spaces, home visits and community connections.
 

I trust in a donation-based approach as a sustainable way of working that keeps the exchange human, accessible, and less transactional. Rather than fixed pricing, this allows people from different financial situations to still access the work, while also supporting me in continuing to offer treatments, education, travel, and ongoing study. It allows the exchange to remain rooted in mutual respect rather than rigid pricing structures.

Who could this benefit?

​This work is for everybody. Whether your body feels beaten up from sport, stiff from long days sitting down, tired from physical work, or you simply want to feel more connected and comfortable in yourself. You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, athletic, or already in pain to benefit. Structural Integration and Thai Yoga Massage are tailored to the individual, helping create more freedom, awareness, balance, and ease within the body and mind.

I had the extreme pleasure of receiving the 10 series, and getting to know Aphrodite through Gravity Body Academy 2024 in Oaxaca, Mexico. I am 67, having history of hard work, and hard play that left the trauma of various injuries locked away in my fascia. She has an amazing spirit... a spiritual old soul and has the brilliant heart of a healer. Being a yogi and health enthusiast she already had a great understanding of anatomy which is necessary to mold the 10 series together. As each session progressed Aphrodite was sure to truly master an understanding and translate that into her hands to bring about the needed change. Truly she is gifted and has found a passion in Structural Integration, all of her future clients are going to be very blessed!
