Your first session - a consultation and introduction - is priced at £70. This allows us to explore your goals, assess your structure, and introduce you to the principles of Structural Integration.

From there, if you choose to proceed session by session, each full session is £150. Sessions typically last between 2 to 3 hours, allowing ample time for in-depth work without the pressure of the clock. These are deep, integrative sessions designed to support meaningful, long-term shifts in your body, energy and movement.
 

For those ready to commit to the full 10-series, you can purchase a plan for £777, offering significant savings (£643 off of the session-by-session rate). This plan ensures consistency, builds momentum through the series, and reflects my belief that transformational work should be accessible.
 

Saying that, I understand that not everyone has the funds available upfront, or in general. I’m open to trade and exchange where appropriate - if you have a skill or service to offer, I’m happy to have that conversation. My aim is to make this bodywork available to all who seek it, regardless of current financial position. 

Perhaps you still feel that my prices are high? They are actually very reasonable. Especially for such specialised bodywork. Here’s what I'm effectively charging per hour, depending on your payment choice:

• Consultation session (£70) for ~2.5 hours = ~£28/hour

• Single session (£150) for 2–3 hours =

  • At 2 hours = £75/hour

  • At 2.5 hours = £60/hour

  • At 3 hours = £50/hour

• 10-series plan (£777 total) = £77.70/session​

  • At 2 hours per session = £38.85/hour

  • At 2.5 hours = £31.08/hour

  • At 3 hours = ~£25.90/hour
     

I’m really proud of my training and the powerful impact Structural Integration can have - I don't want my low prices to devalue my touch, but to feel more down-to-earth and accessible for anyone who’s interested. I want the 10-Series to be welcoming and approachable, without taking away from the depth and magic of the work itself.
