TRADITIONAL THAI YOGA MASSAGE
Thai Yoga Massage is a deeply grounding and meditative bodywork practice that blends assisted stretching, rhythmic compression, gentle rocking, and conscious breathwork. Sessions take place fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat, allowing space for movement and flow throughout the body. Rather than working on isolated areas, the body is approached as a connected whole, helping release tension, improve mobility, and create a deeper sense of balance and ease. Benefits -
Thai Yoga Massage can support deep relaxation while also helping improve flexibility, circulation, posture, and overall mobility. The slow, rhythmic nature of the work encourages nervous system regulation, allowing the body to shift out of stress and into a calmer, more restorative state. Many people also leave with a stronger sense of body awareness and connection, both physically and mentally.
What to Expect
Sessions are fully clothed, so it is best to wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. No oils are used. Throughout the session your body may be guided through passive stretches, compression techniques, rocking movements, and moments of stillness. Communication is always encouraged to make sure the pressure, pace, and movements feel supportive and comfortable for you.
My Approach
My approach is slow, grounded, and movement-oriented, with a focus on creating a space where the body can soften naturally rather than being forced. I aim to work therapeutically while still holding the meditative and energetic qualities that make Thai Yoga Massage unique. Each session is adapted to the individual, meeting you where you are on that particular day.

Do I need to be flexible?
Not at all. Thai Yoga Massage is adapted to the individual and can be beneficial whether you are very flexible or completely new to bodywork and movement practices.

Is it strong pressure?
Pressure can vary depending on your preference and what your body responds well to. Sessions are tailored to remain supportive rather than overwhelming.

How long are sessions?
Sessions can vary in length, though longer sessions often allow the body more time to settle, unwind, and fully relax.
